On Sunday night, September 5, Miley and the "Twilight Saga " beauty were caught on camera letting loose and dancing at Parisian hotspot VIP Room.
She was seen partying in a revealing lace top after she met up with her LOL co-star Ashley Greene for dinner. An eyewitness told Us magazine, "She was with one bodyguard and two girlfriends." He also said that although the "Hannah Montana " star was having a good time, she didn't act "too crazy."
